Shipping Policy
Order Processing: We prepare orders from Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 4 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options: We offer a range of shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen method.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your package.
Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns: Items can be returned within 90 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in their original, undamaged packaging and unused.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Send the item back to us in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or defective product).
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within [number of days, e.g., 5-7 business days]. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products, as well as items showing signs of use or damage, cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
